APM guarantees that every information given for promotional purposes will be treated in conformity with Lgs. decree 196/2003. APM states that as per the Lgs. decree 196/2003 the dates of the users given at the moment of the subscription of the order or at the filling of the invoice are excluded from the consent of the person, because made according to the tax obligations provided from the law, to the regulation and EU normative, from regulations and public normative and, in any case, with the only mean to allow some duties from the contract. (art.24, par. A and B, Lgs.196/2003)

Consent to the treatment of personal information
Personal information are gathered with the aim to register the customer and start towards him the procedures for the execution of the present contract and the corresponding communications; these date are electronically and manually treated, in the respect of the actual laws and could be shown only on request of the judicial authority.

The person enjoys of the rights of Art.7 d. lsg. 196/2003 that is: to ask for the confirmation of the personal dates by the company APM; to know their origin, the logic and the aim of their treatment; to obtain the updating, the changing, and the integration; to ask for the deletion, the transformation in anonymous shape or the stop in case of illicit treatment; to opposite to their treatment for legal reasons or in case of the using of these dates for the sending of advertisements, commercial information, marketing enquiry, direct selling and interactive commercial communication.
